Excuses aren’t helpful. As soon as you think of an excuse, sit on it. Then figure out how to take responsibility. At the very least, you begin to train yourself to change your knee-jerk reaction from excuse making to responsibility taking. And that is a huge shift in mindset. I would prefer to be that kind of worker on any production and I would prefer to work for the same. What about you? Do you find it easy to make excuses also?
